Grandparents not knowing their time.
So because her sons survived bumper pads, whole milk at 6 months old, cereal in their milk at 3 months, FF ( forward facing) at 6 months, using the tv as a baby sitter, not Co sleeping because "that's how you end up with an eighteen year old crawling into your bed during a storm", keeping the cat away because he'll "steal the baby's breath," and other ridiculous things she did in her time because she didn't know better then, does not mean it still applies.
I'm not even bringing up the more dangerous and just rude suggestions, like women should not have children after 27, because "their time is up, and their eggs are old" I'm 29. Every single time I bring up the research that has changed in the last 30 years, she has the same response, "well my boys survived!"
Any advice on how to get her to get it without coming off as a b*tch?
