Vvfl @ 8 dpo or line eyes again?!?! Please HELP!

8 dpo; possible IB yesterday evening & this morning... not ttc but do believe children are a gift! Breasts are sore & bigger; bloating; some nausea; extreme fatigue but will have a TWO yr old son tomorrow (his bday); appetite strong on & off; af not due til the 19th.
