I went to go to the restroom today and I've been constipated lately so I was backed up. Long story short this was the most painful bowel movement of my life! And I bled so much after. I wanted to cry and I feel like I'm the only one going through this 😭. Also felt like it took forever. Sorry if it's tmi but I needed to share with other pregnant mommas to see if I'm the only one this is happening to.
