Help!!

I have felt like my period is coming for about a week now and I'm not due until next week. I just started a log today to see if I notice any patterns. But I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? This is a first for me and I've googled it and the only thing that has came up is pregnancy. I'm trying not to overthink!
