In Need Of A New OB🙄

I caught my OB in a lie today. I know the symptoms of PCOS cause I have them, but my doctor has been giving me a hard time for 2 years and he's a guy. But anyways, he told me that there's no SYMPTOMS of PCOS at all and he also said that it only mess up your ovaries and periods and your body. Then I asked me if there is a cancer that you can be diagnosed with from PCOS and he said no, not at all. So I did my research on google and i thought my OB suppose to HAVE all the answers to my question, but idk.
