Hi guys

After 2 years of being off the pill i have finally caught.

I beleive i am around 6weeks.

I am beginning to get travel sicky and tired.

I am a big fitness person and usually train 6 times a week.

Are there any you on here who trained throughout pregnancy?

Should i wait and rest until i have my first appt and speak to my midwife?

We have wanted a baby for so long and i keep thinking the worse and keep imagining if something goes wrong.

Any help/advice/support is greatly appreciated.
