Constipated 😩😩
7+4 weeks today and I'm struggling to poop. Hard as a rock, it's right there but I can't get it out for the life of me.
Help! 😢😢 It hurts to even walk! I drink plenty of water.
PS I'm currently drinking a cup of coffee which usually makes me poop, hoping it works.
