where do you experience miscarriage cramps?

Typical momma over analyzing every feeling in my stomach.

I'm 5 weeks today and I have a little pulling/pressure above my belly button.

I don't even know if it's a cramp.

That is totally normal cramping. I've had a miscarriage before and that cramping is much more severe. As it starts, it actually turns into contractions. Everything else is just your uterus stretching...so really you SHOULD have some minor cramping :) I've had minor cramping with this pregnancy and just saw TWO little babies and TWO little heartbeats on the ultrasound. My OBGYN said it's no wonder I've had some cramping as a lot is going on in there!

The pain from a misscarrige is defiantly felt in your va jay jay! Like u have ur period times 20!!!! Feels like contractions!

That's normal your belly is growing and your uterus is expanding.  Miscarriages hurt so bad you will know. You will be doubled over and it will seem like a really bad really heavy period. You got just have gas too lol   Happened to me at 5 weeks (I'm on 6 weeks now but still) .. you are fine and congratulations 🎈

I miscarried twice last year, I didn't have cramps more so pressure and a lot of bleeding. :(

I've been cramping a lot today too, I'm exactly 5 weeks. It just feels like period cramps. And I'm super bloated!!! And very tired!
