I take a prenatal multi vitamin, red raspberry leaf capsules, serrapeptase, and just recently started using progessence plus essential oil.

If you are having a balanced nutritious diet you dont need any vitamins, you get everything you need from your food :) taking extra can actually harm your body, so beware.

I take a women's multi vitamin, and protein shake. 
The shakes 2 times per day, the vitamin 1 per day. 
I have amino acid malabsorption where (I have a hard time absorbing kinda like lactose intolerance but for proteins) proteins and long-chain amino acid and hypothyroidism so taking these supplements help me to live healthy.

I take vitamin D3, B12, C and Folic Acid. It's supposed to really amp up your chances of getting pregnant lol so we'll see

I take vita fusion multivitamin w/ biotin for hair, skin, and nails. It works and I like it.
