birth control effect milk supply ?

Was put on birth control pills the kind specifically for breastfeeding moms.. I feel like it's effecting my milk supply even when the doc said it wouldn't? I took it for 6 days and noticed the difference in my milk supply.. has it happened to Anyone else I decided to stop taking it and see if it was the problem 🙁

UPDATE 1 
After not taking my pill for1 week I noticed that my milk is back and flowing even better! Just 2 days of not taking it I noticed my boobs engorged again and milk is flowing even better .. so no mini pill for and now I need a new birth control plan 😆

I just started the " mini pill" as well and I feel the same way. My Dr. said I had nothing to worry about, but I'm debating on stopping it. I've been on it for a week and pumped this morning and got less than an ounce ☹️

This happen to me my doc say it would not affect my milk supply and it did. My milk supply was so low.

I got the nexplanon and it's only when I get my period that it goes down a little because I did try the mini pill and it went down drastically for me, I do hate the nexplanon i have a period twice a month and the side affects are crazy but I can't get pregnant again lol and I don't want my milk to go away as soon as I'm done breastfeed I'm talking it out and just going on the pill
