Can having too much blood drawn too close together show low iron? I had about 3 tubes of blood drawn once and then two days later even more blood drawn and then the tests showed anemia. Could it be that I just had a lot of iron removed from my blood or is it true anemia? I have had many blood tests done and only this once it showed up.

How could it take so much blood for it to show up? Because I had eaten right before both times. And even weeks before that I had to go 8 hrs without food or drink and it didn't show up then so it's very weird how long it took to show up.

I had to have so much blood drawn so soon together because they were trying to figure out what was wrong with me. I ended up having dysautonomia and anemia.
