I don't know

Over the Christmas period I put on 5kg. ( around 10lbs) I lost weight last year and felt really good about myself and now I just feel like all I do is eat and because of school and exams I'm always too tired to workout and I feel like all my efforts are for nothing and that I look terrible. I'm 14, and although people say don't lose weight at that age I think it's okay as long as it's in the healthy way. Can anyone tell me is 63kg is seen as very overweight for my age? I'm around 157cm. My goal is 56-57kg.
