How do u single mothers manage to get a bath!

My baby is 5 weeks old she is a good baby don't get my wrong. But between her feeds that take about 45mins and her daily 3-4hr fighting sleep. And having an adhd 8 yr old and a 5 year old I'm finding it impossible to get a bath. I dnt have the time. It's a choice of either I have a bath or my kids do. Or I have a bath or have a full meal. I am a s8ngle mum no friends no family so all on my own with no one to help. Craving a bath. How do u single.mums manage it. I'm sick of smelling n having greesy hair.
