nipple piercing pain?

Question

I've heard 50:50 on the pain, that it doesn't hurt that bad, it's hell, or it's not too bad and over quick.

How would you rate the pain?
And what kind of pain is it?
What would relate the pain to?

everyone always says the second one hurts more than the first but in my case, the barbell slipped off the needle while it was going through so he had to mess with it and force it through on the first one. so the second one wasn't nearly as bad for me. but in my opinion (judging from the second one) it's not too awful. there is pain, of course, because it's a needle going through your nipple. but it's not unbearable and mine were only a little sore the first day and i haven't felt pain from then since (unless they get caught on things!)

I've had them done 5 times, the first 2 times hurt like hell!!! It feels like putting a lighter to your nipple. The first one doesn't hurt too bad but the second on is extremely painful 😪
