miscarriages??

Hey ladies. I'm currently 8 weeks 2 days with my first. I'm just curious to know (just so I know) do you feel cramps at all before you bleed or can you spot first without feeling any cramps? Or does it feel like your stomach hurts like you need to use the bathroom??

For me it was bad bad lower back pain for a day with no bleeding. All of a sudden the back pain was gone. Next morning I woke up to bleeding and it went from spotting to full blown heavy period in a couple of hours.

Iv had 2 miscarriages with both I had no pain or cramps.With my first I had spotting off and on for a few weeks and with my second no bleeding,both missed miscarriages 🙁unfortunately everyone is different,just try and be positive 🙂

Miscarriages happen in many different ways, and some happen without any symptoms at all (aka missed miscarriage)

It's scary to think about but remember that most pregnancies are successful!

Cramps in pregnancy are totally normal and not all are related to miscarriage!havingn said that, I had cramps constantly for about two weeks before I miscarried. But I do mean constantly!!!! Not just a lot!
