I've been taking EPO Capsules for my harsh cm, and it has been thinning and restoring for lack of a better word my vaginal health sex is no longer painful and my vulvar pain has subsided enormously but it hasn't been progressing as fast or as much as I would hope so I've been hearing about expected mothers inserting epo capsules and wonder if A it's safe and B if it will be as effective as I've been reading it is for expecting mothers?????
