Sexual assault and therapy...

I really have been struggling with my sexual assault... what happened was basically I had been through a bad break up and an ex tried to convince me he could make me feel better. I wanted to stop but he wouldnt... anyhow it was terrible but I do NOT want to press charges or go through a terrible court process... I'm afraid if I get counseling they will file a report and I'll be forced to charge him... I just want to be done with it. Anyone been through this?
