Positive or evap line?

Tested mid afternoon with almost clear (diluted) pee, the dye filled the control line and did some weird Tyè dye effect in test window so I left the test to do some housework came back to this, any opinions? I foolishly washed it with water (not sure it works) seeing if it was an evap (which is why it's out of plastic)
