Depends on the state you live in. I specifically asked if my Medicaid would cover it and I was told no. I live in Georgia.

I have Medicaid and it was only $100 for us. Not sure if my insurance covered any at all but definitely worth the money!!

You really need to contact your Medicaid case worker and ask. Per Ariosa (who provides harmony) yes some states do cover Medicaid insured individuals. But I'd  imagine you'd also need to qualify for the test.

Most insurance, even private, doesn't cover the harmony screening. Talk to your doctor. Most people are only responsible for $150-200 for the test.

Every state's Medicaid is different. But unless it's medically necessary, I would say no. I work with Medicaid in ND.
