Hair on a 4D?

How can I tell if my daughter has hair or not? Not saying the myth is true, but I HAVE been having a lot of heartburn for awhile. I'm 31 weeks today.

My tech said you couldn't see it in 4d, but in 2d there were tiny fuzzy white lines around the skull. I had no heartburn with dd and she had a full head of hair. But this guy must have hair down his back by the amount of heartburn I've had haha!

My boy apparently has a ton of hair.. You could see it in 2D and here in 3D/4D too... (Behind his ear) ​

I know on my daughters 2d ultra sound there was a halo around her head and tech said that is was hair. When she was born she had a full head of yet black hair.
