stomach cramps

For the last 3 nights around 2-4 AM I've been experiencing the worst cramps in my life in my lower stomach where the womb is , it's not period cramps because mine would last all day and not for 15-20 minutes the same time every night I do feel sick when it happens too I haven't tested to see if I am pregnant in over 3 weeks, just want to know ladies did you get the same pain before you found out that you were pregnant?
