How much water is everyone drinking a day? I've been experiencing headaches & lightheadedness for the last week so I've been drinking a gallon a day & I'm still so dehydrated! Anyone else?!

I found that eating apples and drinking juice really helps me with the dehydration :D last time I was drinking a gallon a day. But this time it's probably one liter or so.

I drink the same amount I've always drank. About 3 liters I'd say.

If you really drink way too much these are some symptoms you can have.
Also this could be early gestational diabetes.  Or nothing at all. I would prolly bring it up with my OB if it's still going on at your next appointment.

Aiming about 8-10 glasses a day.  Apparently milk & juice count too so it's not so bland.

I have a 32 ounce cup and I refill it twice after I finish the first one! So about 96 oz!

They recommend 8-10 cups but I get so nauseous if there's a lot of water in my stomach so I go like half of that and I'm fine. I don't think soda or juice.

You need at least 2.2 litres a day to function properly. That's without being pregnant! X

I bought an awesome water bottle on amazon that reminds you to drink water!

It has time marker on one side, and comes with little weekly pregnany tracker stickers for the other side! It's adorable and really reminds me to drink water every time I look at the clock. It's 32oz, and I drink 3 a day.
