I'm 38 weeks and I only leak if I stimulate and pinch my nipples and even then it's maybe a few drops of liquid

I woke up from a stress dream that my nipples were leaking so I squeezed them and a drop of clear fluid came out!😳😳😳 I don't leak unless I squeeze them lol. This started happening a week ago when I was 20 wks.
