I say never, but when he's drunk he can have issues staying hard as well s finishing. But that's rare, and we're only 23.

My SO has never had an issue. There was only one time when he was super drunk. But other than that he's good to go usually.

Only if he's pretty drunk. Doesn't happen often though!

I dated a guy for four years who has this issue.  He had a nice package , but could rarely preform.  I , of course felt like there was something wrong with me or that I wasn't attractive to him ... turns out he has always had sexual issues...among other things.  He was just a mess start to finish, in every aspect of his life.  ... good luck
