How can people tell what your having at like 13 weeks? Do you go by where the baby lays or?? Cuz I will be having my ultrasound the 19th & bound to find out what I'm having lol

You typically can't tell for sure that early. It's all guesses based off of wives tales and other theories. Only way to know for sure that early is the blood test. Otherwise I'd suggest waiting until your 20 weeks anatomy scan to find out.

I had a blood test ran that is 99.9% accurate. Otherwise I would not be trusting an ultra sound until 18-20 weeks.
