5w2d US, will we see anything?

So nervous! Dr visit tomorrow for ultrasound. I am 5 weeks 1 day today. After so many losses, we are using a specialist and he is hoping to see a gestational sac and hopefully some contents tomorrow. Has anyone had an US this early? If so, did you see anything?

Thank you ladies!!! We saw the gestational sac and yolk sac. Doc said baby is perfect! We will be going for weekly ultrasounds due to being high risk. I will post those weekly pics for everyone so you know what your little bean is doing! Thank you for the support!
