one positive one negative

Well took a test one was positive first morning pee second was later in the day was negative but still to period and no spotting or anything light cramps heartburn indigestion Nausea headaches!!! We have been trying for over a year!!! Any thoughts I have appointment with my gyne next week but going crazy 🙊🙈
