So I'm on cycle day 31. Usually I only have 26 day cycles, but I've tested twice and both negative. Should I test again in a few days or just wait and see if I get my period? I'm just so confused please help

Update so according to glow my cycle should have restarted days ago but still nothing, Im confused and worried. I have a condition where I have to get a shot as soon as possible when I find out I'm pregnant so that I don't have to risk losing another baby. My question is should I make an appointment to get tested by doctor to be sure or should I wait until I completely missed my whole period. Which should be over soon but hasn't even started yet
