I was diagnosed with premature ovary insufficiency a month a go. I've not had a period since September and keep getting hot flashes.

Anyway thought I would share for others that might have received similar news. Since being diagnosed I have been taking herbal supplements vitex and maca root. Now I don't know if these worked or not or if my levels will get better or get worse. I'm just holding out hope and praying that my fertility will improve.
