Didelphic Uterus
I was newly diagnosed with a mullerian anomaly. Since I started my clue at the age of 12 I experienced havy bleeding and strong cramping. I've been use to it since until I finally mentioned my symptoms to my gynocologyst, which were mild cramping at random times around my lower abdominal area. First I had an ultrasound done and the ultrasound tech noticed 2 uterus' and 2 crevix. I couldn't believe it, I thought great now I am never going to become pregnant! She said this condition was rare, however I am able to convieve and become pregnant. I would just be a high risk pregnancy. She also mentioned my right uterus is stronger than my left, so my right one would probably be more dominant in order to concieve. Then, I had to get an MRI to confirm if I was either Bicornuate or Didelphic. Turns out I have a Didelphic uterus with a normal vagina. If anyone else has this condition please share your story with me. My husband and I are TTC, any tips would greatly be appreciated.
