Tips on trying to concieve???

Have been trying to conceive for 3 months now. Not sure if this month is going to be my lucky one or not since I am still in my fertile window, but hoping for the best. Does anyone have any tips to help??

Make sure you track your cycle carefully! Maybe invest in some Clomid or Preseed for a little extra boost?

This isn't mine but I found it on a thread. I also started using Cassava Root and Fertility tea.

1) Temping / Charting.  I got a Basal Body Thermometer on Amazon (BD Basal - it's pink and cute, lol).  I used two sites to track my temps: Fertility Friend and TCOYF (Taking Charge of Your Fertility).  Definitley a must to confirm O (ovulation) dates and to monitor yourself during the 2WW.  Fertility Friend (FF) has free charting courses online that only take a few minutes and really will help to put you in the driver's seat when TTC.
2) Preseed.  I used this lubricant the last three cycles I was TTC, but only in the last cycle did I use it 'as directed'.  It comes with some applicators to get the product right up near your cervix - I strongly suggest using it that way.  the suggested amount is too much though - cut it in 1/2. Just put it in a few minutes before you head to the bedroom (or wherever ).
3) Mucinex (or generic guaifenasin).  If you use actual Mucinex brand make sure to get the 'plain' kind - not 'DM' or anything.  The guaifenasin contained in Mucinex (which can also be bought generically for much cheaper) thins Cervical Mucus (CM) so that it resembles 'fertile' CM.  I read somewhere that 70% of all conception issues are related to CM (cervical mucus) problems (that could be garbage of course).  BUT, by using the Mucinex, you put yourself ahead of the game.  I took the generic 'immediate realse' guaifenasin.  I took two 400mg tablets (so 800mg) at 4pm and then another 800mg at 6:30pm every day that we BDd.  Drink a lot of water with this medication....

4) Instead Cups.  Go to the website and watch the video for instructions on how to use them (no, it's not XXX - it's great).  These are a product marketed as a replacement for pads / tampons that look kind of like a diaphragm.  They can be used for artificial insemination and many MANY women claim to get their BFPs the first cycle using them (I know 4 including myself - but there are many many more around BBC).  Insert the cup while your hips are propped up on a pillow after you BD (baby dance (sex)) in order to keep the 'little guys' up there.  The cup will hold the sperm against your cervix giving it ample opportunity to get through.  I left them in overnight and just took them out in the morning.
5) OPK.  I got a Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor and I love it.  Only used it one cycle before BFP.  Most of us are happy with the idiot-proof 'smiley' OPKs that Clear Blue Easy Digital makes.  You must use an OPK (ovulation predictor kit) to detect your LH surge - you will actually ovulate about 12 hours after the +OPK.
6) BD (baby dance (sex)) schedule.  There are many out there.  I did 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16 the cycle I got my BFP.  I was aiming to follow the "Sperm Meets Egg Plan".  Basically you want to do every other day and then BD (baby dance (sex)) on the day you get a +OPK and the next two days.  Then take one day off and BD (baby dance (sex)) one more time.  Here's the link:
