I'm 29 weeks 1 day, did this or does this happen to anyone else!?! I'm scared of preterm labor ☹️

That's totally normal. If there isn't any blood in it, you're fine. Losing the mucus plug for labor will come with a "bloody show"  this early, the plug will keep growing back.
