Any mums out there with injuries from previous births?

Question

I gave birth to my son in March 2016, and I think the angles at which my legs were during the delivery has caused ongoing hip/lower back pain. 
Anyone else having after-labor issues? 
I'm pregnant with number 2 and a tad worried about my hips during this birth.

Maybe try birthing in a different position, that may help 🙂

I hurt my coccyx giving birth to my first. I had a constant bruised feeling and would struggle to stand if I'd been sat too long. My second helped to fix that when he moved down and engaged in labour....his head coming down moved my spine which hurt a lot but obviously put things back where they needed to be.

I did however have spd with him and my hips are showing signs of it again this pregnancy (only 21+3) I had a waterbirth with ds2 which I think helped take some of the stress from my hips when pushing.

Your hips and lower back are probably just out of alignment I would recommend seeing a chiropractor
