Breast pad suggestions?

So, every time I use breast pads I get extremely itchy and almost like an uncomfortable burning itch on my bub. No, it has nothing to do with wearing too long, this happens almost immediately. I've tried the NUK and Bamboobies brands for disposable, and have tried organic cotton ones but those suck the moisture out of my bubs and stick painfully to them after feedings...

ANY suggestions on what I can use? It's rare I have to use them at all, but when I would like to be comfortable when I do...
