Terrified of TTC

I've only had one miscarriage at 9 weeks. It was a missed miscarriage and found out a little over 12 weeks along.. I'm beginning to think I'm not strong enough to face reality of the possibility that things can go south.. so many women tough it out and go through SO much more but I'm terrified it will happen again. Any tips on coping to get started on TTC again? 31 and childless 😞
