Has anyone had to deal with this? I had to go to ER and get my right breast drained because I had an abcess. They sent me home with a packed open incision. Instructions were to change the packing myself twice a day. I have to go back for a follow-up after Monday. So now I have to take antibiotics and pain pills. They said it was fine to shower and get the wound wet but past experience with wounds makes me question this. Can someone share their experience and what helped them care for it while still caring for an infant? My son is currently 4months old. TIA
