Hats off to us, single parents
I know there isn't a wide audience here in this forum and no one will read or comment, but I just filed for child and spousal support last week and he is being served his papers in the next few days, fingers crossed! Then it's a long road probably 3-6 months before we get any financial assistance from him, but he will owe back dated support for being a belligerent jerk.
Having a sick 4 month old with no help, dealing with a mentally unstable ass, packing and having to vacate our home in 10 days due to getting evicted, paying for a process sever, cleaning crew, a litigator and plus movers with a small child and is way too much to handle. Thank you mom and dad for your support. I literally have no one else.
