I am a strong believer in God (it's okay if you ain't, I don't judge). My cardiologist put me on some medicine that hasn't had the best reviews for pregnancy, well he got back with me after I asked and said he believes everything would be okay. Than one of my friends (that has no idea that I am really having problems or even on medication) told me out of nowhere she dreamed I had another baby, the same day I got the call of approval.

I have been praying for a sign from God if I should ttc again, or wait.

So how would y'all interpret this? Just coincidence or possibly a good sign?
