Miscarried now worried I'm pregnant again

So I miscarried on Christmas day at 8 1/2 weeks, doctors confirmed it and that my levels went from 500 to 80 in 2 days. 5 days later I had unprotected sex and I've heard that women are really fertile after they miscarry. And now 3 weeks later and I am feeling off again. Today was the first day I didn't feel empty. Woth my last pregnancy I started showing signs so early( like right after) and now I ate nachos lile any other day and I found myself dry heaving and power puking as well as I have extremely itchy nipples (those were 2 early signs I had last time)

Any advice would be appreciated
