I feel like I am never going to get that BFP 😔

So my fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for a year now, I am 20 and he is 21. We have tried everything..preseed, ovulation tests, taking prenatals with folic acid...everything and my ob told me it would take at most 6 months to get pregnant after births control because of our ages. I have been off birth control since February 2016. I really thought this was our month because I had spotting a week before my period and it wasn't due until 1/16 but she showed her face today. I have an obgyn appt on Wednesday 1/18 but I feel like she won't be able to tell me much because af is here 😔
