Got my BFP today and I'm not sure what to do next. I just had a lap in November, this was my first cycle we tried after. I'm also on Femara and the last time I had spotting but a faint positive (we now think it was an evap) my doctor had me come in for bloodwork to confirm and it was negative. They said my progesterone was normal. I'm certain I'm pregnant this time but will they typically want a blood test because of my issues or should I just call my regular family doctor for them to confirm? Do they just do a urine test? I'm also taking Metformin because I'm insulin resistant...
