reflexology and acupuncture
Hi everyone,
After 3 years of ttc with no pregnancies, we are starting our down reg injections tomorrow.
I love holistic therapies and often have reflexology. I've done lots of reading and researching on reflexology and acupuncture throughout <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> and there are mixed views/research.
Just wondered your opinions, experiences on this really. I've got an appointment to discuss acupuncture this week so shall have a good chat with the therapist.
I'm quite a positive person and trying to maintain this, but also aware the amount of drugs my body is going to take is going to have some sort of affect and want to help myself the best I can.
