Period-like cramps in third trimester, anyone else?

I'm 30+5 and the past couple of days I've been experiencing some moderate period like cramping. Sometimes they're accompanied by BH tightening of my abdomen, other times they are not. Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone know if it's normal?

I just turned 31 weeks & had this happening this past week ... it feels weird but doc assured me that it's normal as long as there's no bleeding

Totally normal especially in 3rd trimester!

Those are from the uterus preparing itself for giving birth. They're harmless, and no indication that you'll give birth prematurely.
