So yesterday I went to the doctor for a weird rash. I was diagnosed with pityraisis rosea a skin condition that goes away on its own but can take MONTHS to heal. Dr. told me sunlight helps but since its winter and the sun will be gone for a long while i told to try tanning beds. BUT im a black girl im not trying to get darker yet, has anyone had this? What else may help me ill try anything i just need this unsightly rash to go away.
