Gotta keep fit... will I still be able to do my comp?! ahh

14weeks, and a lot smaller than what I was with my two boys at this stage. 
When I had my boys I was 17stone wearing size 20-24 clothes and my bump looked 30weeks.
My 1st son was born 1 week early at 10lb 5oz 
My 2nd son was born 3weeks early at 14lb.
Being told by family I'll never be a size 10, I'm miss tubby... Bullied at school (but I was one of the popular ones for my up beat attitude to life and all round happiness, but to be honest that was a front, I hated the skin I lived in)
After my 2nd son I shredded the weight and went down to 7stone in 6months wearing size 6clothes. I suffered an eating disorder and it went crazy! My auntie saved me and got me into body building... 
Doing competitions, I got to heathy weight and toned straight up with mass muscles. Even gaining a 6pack!!!!! 
Now pregnant again.. Currently 14 weeks it's been hard, gaining weight. I have to tell myself it's for the baby. Although the I have gestational Diabetes my diet it very very strict, those sweet cravings have to pushed aside which can be very emotional frustrating.. 
I related it to a coke head having a withdrawal. Pregnant women need crappy food man! 
Anyways keeping my fitness, I go to the gym nearly everyday either before work or after. I plan to step on stage in April, being the first in the UK I think being heavily pregnant (if I do it) 
Still got my abs growing on top of the bump.. Hope they hang in strong!!! Any other fitness crazy preggo mums out there?!
