Exercises after c section.
What are some exercises I can do at home until I'm able to go to the gym to work out? Tighten, tone, and lose weight type exercises. I know I wanna do some squats and such to firm things up down there lol, but what's some core, legs, and arm exercises I can do at home? I've got 15 pounds to lose to get back to my pre pregnancy weight. But I want to lose at least 30-45+ pounds for myself. I am breastfeeding. I rarely drink soda anymore. Drinking more water, orange juice, milk. Please any help or suggestions.
