Is this AF or implantation? I'm 14-16dpo. AF was due between Jan. 11th-14th. I had some cramping a couple nights ago, but it only last for maybe 4 hours. There's no blood when I wipe yet, that's what's inside. My temps went down yesterday & back up today.
