DARKENING around areolas

Today I woke up and noticed I had some darkening around my areolas I don't normally have this before AF so I'm wondering if it could be an early sign of pregnancy? I think I'm about two weeks away from scheduled Af but I don't have a very regular period I don't know how many DPO I am or anything
