Sounds really stupid.. But how do u find your cervix?

I know this sounds really stupid.. And when in was TTC before I didn't know any of this and didn't have to sit and try n find it so in still really in the dark..

Can someone help?x

Squatting is the easiest way to get to it. You put a clean finger inside you, do not lubricate it.. so be gentle. Push your finger in as far as you can slowly, until you hit a bump. That bump is your cervix.

Honestly, it's interesting to keep up with it but don't rely on it much, it causes a lot of confusion because they're VERY slight changes :)
