calculating how pregnant you are????

Is it calculated by the date from your last period? Eg start of last period was 12th Dec date now is 16th Jan so would that make you 5weeks??? Or when do you calculate it from ??

A dr would say first day of last period and work out the estimated due date by then. X

Most people use LMP to calculate their due date, but if you know the conception date, you can go off of that. Unless you have weird cycle lengths, they end up being very similar.
